Anker Power Banks

After using an Anker PowerCore 20100 for several years it’s still going strong, This product is a hugely successful one with thousands of them sold. I’m a big fan of Anker products I’ve bought several other items by them and they always impress with quality and purpose. The power banks are very useful when travelling or on camping trips  etc. They are pretty tough with the kids using them and chucking them around in bags sliding off onto tiled floors. I have to admit sometimes they haven’t been charged for 12 months and they still work as they should when we need them.

Having a range of lights showing the charge level is very useful. As I know three lights is plenty of power.

When I have camped out in the Welsh outdoors in below freezing conditions on a mini adventure the power bank performed as expected with no issues. On the flip side they have been used on the pool side in hot climates.

Below is a range of links of Anker products I have bought used and recommend

Garmin Vivosmart HR

I am currently testing a Garmin Vivosmart HR watch. A full review will be available in a month or so whilst I’m using it.

Wear today’s fitness goal on your wrist with Garmin Vivosmart HR. It’s the only sunlight-readable, touchscreen activity tracker with Garmin Elevate wrist heart rate and a full suite of smart notifications (when paired with a compatible smartphone). It counts steps and floors climbed and measures intensity minutes. It tracks heart rate to provide more accurate calories burned information. Receive text, call, email and social media alerts all on your wrist when you pair Vivosmart HR with your mobile device. You can even check the weather and control music when your phone is within range. Wirelessly syncs to Garmin Connect, Garmin’s free on-line fitness community where you can join fitness challenges and save, plan and share your progress.
